Adding a new Budget Department:


  1. Choose Acquisitions > Manage > Budget Dept.
  2. Click on button
  3. Enter name of new Budget Dept.
  4. Save

Edit an existing Budget name
  •   Budget Departments can be renamed using the blue edit pen

Deactivate an existing Budget name
  •  Budget Departments can be de-activated or re-activated using the lozenge icon at right of the edit pen.
  •  If inactive, they will not appear in the choices drop-down when cataloguing a copy record.
