If your patrons login to Infiniti via the Login Page, and they forget their password, Infiniti provides an opportunity for them to request another password. If your school has set up a Single Sign On environment then refer to your IT Support. 

Fail To Logon (after entering username and password)

  1. Error message - Login failed - check username/password
  2. Click I cannot login 
  3. Type Username.
  4. Type Email Address. Note: This is the patron's email address as recorded in their Infiniti profile.
  5. Click.
  6. If Username and Email Address match, the patron will receive an email with their new password. Note: The patron can subsequently reset their password via their profile.

Note: Single Sign On environments do not use the Infiniti login page and must have their passwords reset by your IT Support services.
