Notes on Issue of a loan are often an alternative to moving resources into set sections controlled by Circulation Rights. Often a Note on loan issue is preferred.
This note field is found in each Bibliographic record and if entered, will pop-up at Loan Issue regardless of who borrows.
Options are to Issue it, or Close and not issue. E.G.
1. Open the Bibliographic record > enter the notes to the Bibliographic record > click Save button.
